Steven has received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Nebraska – Omaha and has certifications in exercise physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine and in olympic weightlifting instruction from USA Weightlifting. He has over 10 years of experience using fitness and recovery to help individuals suffering from the aging process, injuries, and disease, and has worked with youth, high-school and collegian athletes. He specializes in evidence-based practices and has had 5 papers published.

Personal Trainer & Health Coach
Nick has a passion for helping individuals optimize their health and movement. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State College, with a minor in exercise science. After finishing his degree, he completed multiple certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach. As a result of addressing his own health and chronic pain issues, and with over 7 years of experience training clients, Nick has developed an expertise in aiding others on their journey to optimize their quality of life through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle/behavior modifications.
