At Re-Gen Fitness and Recovery, we design specific strength and conditioning programs tailored to the clients' age, health status, and desired level of activity.
Flexibility Training
Increasing your flexibility leads to improved mobility, posture, coordination, and balance. It reduces the risk of injury, muscle and joint tightness, and pain. At Re-Gen, we utilize the Free Flex, a voluntarily controlled, robotic stretching device, which ensures an equal stretch on both sides of the body, allows you to track your progress, and enables stretch positions that you could not otherwise achieve.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improves the function and metabolism of the cells, which leads to vast and various improvements in health. Not only is the oxygen we breathe necessary for cell function, but it is also a significant antioxidant, decreasing inflammation and improving tissue health. At Re-Gen, we are one of the only local, affordable hyperbaric oxygen centers in Omaha. We often pair our hyperbaric oxygen therapy with our other recovery services for maximum effect.
Custom Orthotics
The body's musculoskeletal system, designed particularly well by nature, helps maximize walking efficiency. However, as we age, participating in physical activity, even the type of shoe we wear, can lead to poor gait, imbalanced muscles, and improper walking mechanics. These factors ultimately can lead to foot, ankle, knee, and back pain. For this reason, at Re-Gen, we offer custom orthotics created from dynamic walking scans, which help to improve walking mechanics and reduce pain.
Cryogenic Therapy
There are many benefits of cryogenic therapy, including reducing inflammation, pain, and muscle recovery time. At Re-Gen, we utilize an ice bath for our cryogenic treatment. At temperatures between 50-60 degrees, this method is a much less painful and invasive approach to obtain sustained benefits from this form of therapy. We often pair this treatment with heat and hyperbaric oxygen therapies as well.
Infrared Heat Therapy
Infrared heat therapy increases blood flow throughout the body, increasing the delivery of nutrients to the tissues and detoxifying the cells. It can provide relief from pain and inflammation and promotes muscle relaxation. At Re-Gen, we utilize an infrared sauna for our heat therapy, as infrared heat has proven to be the quickest and most effective heat therapy available. We often use this therapy in conjunction with our other recovery services.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)
Electromagnetic field therapy is widely used to treat symptoms relating to neurological or neuromuscular disorders and has been shown to improve memory, cognitive function, balance, motor coordination and sleep. It is also a safe and non-invasive method to reduce pain and inflammation. At Re-Gen, we utilize a pulsed electromagnetic field mat within a hyperbaric chamber to maximize the health benefits from both therapies.
Comprehensive Health Screening
Poor health, disease, pain, and loss of coordination can stem from many factors. Often, without a diagnostic evaluation, it is hard to determine which aspects negatively impact your health. For this reason, at Re-Gen, we have a comprehensive health screening process that examines an individuals cardiovascular, cardiopulmonary, metabolic, neuromuscular, and musculoskeletal function. A health screening allows our clients to have the education and knowledge we provide of their health status and how they can improve it.

It aids in our fitness and recovery by removing inflammation, promoting cell function, and introducing essential nutrients into the body. It is also commonly used to help prevent or treat the adverse effects of aging and disease.
