Aging
As you age, negative consequences occur to your cells and their DNA, which can result in an increased likelihood of experiencing diseases (such as Alzheimer’s, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, among others). However, much of this is preventable.
Cancer
By prioritizing regular physical activity, maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, limiting alcohol consumption, avoiding tobacco, and managing stress effectively, individuals can bolster their immune system and promote cellular health, which helps guard against cancer development.
Spinal Cord Injuries
Spinal cord injuries can result in pain, loss of mobility, and sometimes even partial or complete paralyzation.
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a disease that damages the protective covering surrounding nerve fibers in the brain, eyes, and spinal cord. The symptoms include vision loss, pain, fatigue, and impaired coordination.
Post Concussion Syndrome
In most cases of concussions, also known as traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), symptoms typically disappear within the first 2-4 weeks. However, in 20-40% of cases, symptoms remain present up to 6-months post injury, and in 10-20% of cases, symptoms remain up to 1 year and beyond. At Re-Gen, we have several therapies which research has shown to be effective.
Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia
Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, Huntington’s Disease, and other related neurological disorders cause plaques to accumulate in the brain, cause brain cells and their connections to deteriorate, and lead to declines in cognition, memory, and quality of life. There is no cure for these disorders, but several alternative therapies have been shown to significantly delay the onset and progression of these symptoms and have helped to reverse some of the physiological and clinical effects of the diseases.
Parkinson's Disease
Parkinson's disease is a condition where brain cells degenerate, causing impaired cognition, mood, balance, and uncontrollable movements, such as shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with coordination.
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. When these neurons die, the ability of the brain to initiate and control muscle movement is lost. At Re-Gen Fitness and Recovery, we utilize the most researched and successful therapies to improve neurological function in individuals suffering from ALS.
Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder characterized by chronic and widespread pain, fatigue, and sleep disturbances, among other symptoms. While medication may be necessary, there are alternative and complementary forms of treatment that can reduce these symptoms. And Re-Gen can help!

Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis involves the loss of bone cells without replacement, leading to pain, poor posture, and increased injury risk. Osteopenia, a milder form, shares similar inflammatory effects and bone loss tendencies. At Re-Gen, our services facilitate efficient bone cell production and boost bone mineral density, alleviating symptoms and enhancing mobility and well-being.

Infertility and IVF
Infertility is a common problem that can affect men and women differently. In men, it typically results from a low number of sperm, or poor health or mobility of the sperm, although testosterone levels and other factors can play a part. At Re-Gen, we have some of the most successful therapies in helping to improve fertility rates.
Diabetes
Diabetes is a condition that affects how your body converts food into energy. With it, your body doesn’t make enough insulin or it can’t use insulin as well as it should. At Re-Gen Fitness and Recovery, we have several therapies to help reduce and reverse this dysfunction, which can lead to improved physical and cognitive abilities.
